How many companies can it check?
Every company in your Leads. Revnu already keeps the job boards of lead companies current, so a run reads what changed rather than every page.
Do I need to write the steps myself?
No. Send the sentence and Revnu writes the steps in plain words. Edit any step on the workflow's page under Workflows, or tell Revnu what to change in chat.
Will it send emails or spend money without asking?
Emails, LinkedIn messages and posts follow your approval settings. Spending money, replies to prospects, booking links and gifts always wait for your yes. Add "for my approval" or "don't send" to keep any step on hold.
What's the difference between a workflow and a watch?
