revnu
Backed by Y CombinatorOutbound

Outbound, done for you.

Revnu finds your buyers, writes to each one in your voice across email and LinkedIn, handles the replies and books the meeting.

  • No list to build, no sequence to write.
  • Every note researched and specific to the company.
  • Your first sequence waits for your yes.

How it works

1

It finds the buyers

Companies that fit who buys from you, each with a reason to talk now, and the right people at each.

2

It writes in your voice

One researched note per person across email and LinkedIn. Your first sequence always waits for your yes. After that, Settings > Agent decides what asks first. Replies to prospects, spend, budgets, booking links and new inboxes always wait.

3

It books the meeting

It drafts each reply for your approval. When they want to talk, the reply carries your booking link and they book a time through it.

Revnu works. You build.

Paid ads launch, outbound sends and search pages publish. Revnu watches the results and changes what happens next.

Set up outbound, step by step

Questions

Where do the buyers come from?

Revnu searches third-party company and people data for companies that fit who buys from you, then finds and verifies a work email for the person at each one who owns the problem. It uses signals like hiring, funding, tech stack and recent LinkedIn posts to give each note a reason to exist.

Which inboxes does Revnu send from?

Two ways. Connect your own Gmail or Outlook (Microsoft 365) inbox in Connections > Reach People, and approved emails leave within minutes. On Pro, Revnu sends up to 50 emails a day and 20 an hour from each Gmail or Outlook inbox you connect. Or approve Revnu buying lookalike domains and inboxes, so your real domain never sends cold email. Revnu pays for them, up to $100 a month on Pro. They warm up first, then send on weekdays inside a sending window.

Does every email wait for my approval?

Not every one. Three steps, in order. First, your first sequence waits for you to read and approve it. Then Settings > Agent > What Needs Your Approval decides: on Pro, a new sequence starts on its own and its steps send without asking each time, while one-off emails, LinkedIn invites and LinkedIn messages ask first. Switch any of them either way. And whatever you set, replies to prospects, spend, budgets, booking links and new inboxes always wait for your yes. Once you approve a piece of copy, Revnu uses it word for word.

What happens when someone replies?

Revnu reads the reply and drafts an answer for you to approve. It never sends a reply to a prospect on its own. When they want to talk, the reply carries your booking link and they book a time through it.

How many emails does it send a day?

On Pro, Revnu sends up to 50 emails a day and 20 an hour from each Gmail or Outlook inbox you connect. Inboxes Revnu buys send on weekdays inside a sending window you can change by telling Revnu, at a few emails a day each: 3 by default, never more than 5. More inboxes means more email. Revnu holds these caps so your email keeps landing in inboxes.

Can I import my own list of leads?

You can import one. Upload a CSV or Excel (XLSX) file in the chat, and Revnu researches and saves each lead. A long list runs in the background, and the first five come back first. Your developers can read leads out through the Revnu API.

Does LinkedIn outreach go from my account?

Yes, from your own LinkedIn account, which you connect in Connections > Reach People. LinkedIn invites ramp up week by week, to at most 5/10/15/17 a day (25/50/70/85 a week) over the first four weeks, with no more than 90 LinkedIn actions a day, sent weekdays, 09:00 to 18:00 in the account's local time. If LinkedIn pushes back, Revnu stops sending from that account for at least 72 hours.

Can I keep Revnu away from certain companies?

Yes. Add a domain or email address to the Block List in Settings > Agent and Revnu won't research or contact it. Blocking a domain covers the whole company, and the list is checked again right before every send.

What doesn't Revnu do in outbound?

It doesn't make phone calls or send SMS, and there's no button to export your leads. Your developers can read them through the Revnu API.
