Email support@revnu.com. It handles account, billing and bug questions on every plan, and you do not need a Revnu account to write to us. For security reports, put “security” in the subject line.

Start from revnu.com/slack and choose Add to Slack. You sign in to Revnu and approve the install in Slack. Then, in the channel you want to use, type /invite @Revnu. If Revnu's Slack setup in your dashboard shows you a code, paste that code in the channel too. Revnu links that channel to your account and says hello. Check that Revnu is in the channel: type /invite @Revnu there, and Revnu confirms the link with a message. If your Slack setup showed a code, paste it in the channel after the invite. Revnu responds to messages that mention @Revnu and to replies in those threads. It does not work in direct messages. Remove Revnu from your workspace's app settings in Slack. Revnu stops receiving and sending Slack messages for that workspace immediately. Reinstalling restores the channels you had linked.
