When is my card charged?
With a free trial, your card is charged $99 a month when the trial ends, unless you cancel first. If your trial starts without a card, nothing is charged unless you add one. Without a trial, it's charged when you start. Cancel any time in Settings > Account. There's no contract and no minimum term.
Are you an agency? Can you use Revnu for clients?
Yes, as one separate Revnu account per client, each with its own connections, plan and ad accounts. revnu.com/docs/agencies explains how agencies set it up.
How is Revnu different from a growth agency?
An agency works in weekly or monthly cycles on a retainer. Revnu works your outbound, ads and search every day from $99 a month plus your ad spend, and messages you when something moves.
Is there a minimum term?
No minimum term. You can cancel from billing settings; fees already billed aren't refunded unless the law or your order form says otherwise.
Who sets it up?
On Pro, you do, in a few minutes: paste your website, confirm what Revnu learned, then connect your inbox, LinkedIn and ad accounts as you need them. On Managed, a growth engineer from Revnu's team sets up your channels, sending inboxes and ad tracking with you and checks in on your Slack. Either way you talk to Revnu in Slack, iMessage or the dashboard.
How will I hear what's happening?
Revnu messages you when something moved and stays quiet on days nothing did. On Mondays you get a weekly report against last week, and the dashboard shows every lead, campaign and page.
Which ad channels does it run?
You connect Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, Reddit Ads, Microsoft Ads and TikTok Ads yourself, in Connections > Advertise. Microsoft runs Search campaigns only. On Meta, Revnu optimizes campaigns for clicks or for the purchases, subscriptions and sign-ups your own Meta pixel already tracks.
Who pays for the ad spend?
You do, directly: ads run from your own ad accounts and each platform bills your card. Revnu's fee covers the work, plus the sending domains, inboxes and lead data.
What work does an agency do alongside Revnu?
