Who is the growth engineer?
A person on Revnu's team who sets up your account with you and checks in on how it's going. Right now that's usually one of Revnu's founders. The growth engineer comes with Managed; on Pro you set Revnu up yourself.
What do they set up?
Your sending inboxes, the accounts you want Revnu to use and the tracking your ads need before they launch.
Who does the day-to-day work?
Revnu does: it finds buyers, writes outreach, builds ads and drafts pages. What you've set to ask first waits for you on the Review page, and replies to prospects and budgets always do. The person on Revnu's team looks over how it's going and changes the setup when you ask.
Where do I reach them?
In your Slack channel with Revnu. They check in there every few days, and you can message them whenever you want something changed.
Do I need Slack?
No. You can talk to Revnu on iMessage or in the dashboard. Revnu's team checks in through Slack, so a shared channel is the easiest way to reach them.
How fast does work start?
Revnu reads your site and checks what it learned with you in about a minute. Once a channel is connected, it has the first piece of work, like a lead list or a blog draft, ready for your review within minutes. Email from your own Gmail or Outlook can go out the day you approve it; inboxes Revnu buys warm up first.
Does the setup cost extra?
No. Setup and check-ins from Revnu's team are part of the Managed price, quoted on a call.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Talk to Revnu's team from Settings > Account. Fees already billed aren't refunded unless the law or your order form says otherwise.
