Every month, find out why your deals were won and lost

With Granola or Circleback connected, Revnu reads your call notes beside each lead's history and sums up why deals went the way they did.

On the 1st of every month, research why our won and lost deals went the way they did, from meeting notes and each lead's history, and summarise the patterns and what to change.

What it does

Win/loss analysis usually waits for a quarterly offsite. Revnu does it monthly. It reads your meeting notes from Granola or Circleback beside each lead's emails and history, keeps the reasons buyers gave apart from its own reading, and tells you the patterns and what to change.

What Revnu does on each run

  1. 1Reads last month's won and lost deals.
  2. 2Reads the meeting notes and email history for each.
  3. 3Separates reasons buyers stated from its own reading.
  4. 4Summarises the patterns and one or two things to change.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a meeting notetaker?

It helps. Without Granola or Circleback, Revnu works from emails, replies and lead notes, and says which deals had thin evidence.

Do I need to write the steps myself?

No. Send the sentence and Revnu writes the steps in plain words. Edit any step on the workflow's page under Workflows, or tell Revnu what to change in chat.

Will it send emails or spend money without asking?

Emails, LinkedIn messages and posts follow your approval settings. Spending money, replies to prospects, booking links and gifts always wait for your yes. Add "for my approval" or "don't send" to keep any step on hold.

What's the difference between a workflow and a watch?

A workflow runs on a schedule, such as every Monday at 9am. A watch checks every few minutes and acts the moment something changes, such as a competitor raising its prices.

What does it cost?

Plans start at $99 a month, and Revnu starts on what you typed as soon as you sign up. Cancel any time in Settings.

Does anything run before I sign up?

No. Nothing is checked or generated on this page. Revnu does the work inside your account, where it can read your website, keep what it finds and carry on from there.

Where do I learn how Revnu works?

The docs at revnu.com/docs/get-started walk through your first day, and revnu.com/docs/what-revnu-can-do lists everything it can do.
