How a Solo Founder Runs SEO, Ads and Outreach at the Same Time

When you're the whole company, Revnu runs search, ads and outreach together and brings you only the decisions. It works out which channel to start with, does the work in each, and messages you when something needs your yes. You approve from your phone between everything else.

What do founders ask for?

  • "Get me customers. I don't know where to start."

  • "I've been meaning to start a blog, run some ads and do outreach for three months."

  • "Do outreach this week and keep the blog going in the background."

How does Revnu run it?

  1. It learns the business in minutes. Enter your website, and Revnu researches it and asks you to confirm what you sell, who buys it and where those buyers are. Your answers become Memory.

  2. It picks a starting channel and says why. Then it does the first piece of work: a batch of researched leads, a first post or a set of ads to approve.

  3. It runs search. Posts written from your facts, published to your blog, free directory listings, and weekly checks on whether ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity mention you.

  4. It runs outreach. Researched leads, short email sequences from your own inbox, and LinkedIn invites as you, all paced.

  5. It runs ads. On Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Microsoft and TikTok, from your own ad accounts, judged on the outcomes you choose.

  6. It shares what works. When an angle gets replies in outreach, it becomes a post or an ad to test. When a post ranks, the ads pick up the same words.

What waits for your approval?

On Pro, out of the box:

  • Blog posts and new sequences go out on their own, except your first sequence, which always waits.

  • One-off emails, LinkedIn invites and messages outside a sequence, and ad test swaps ask first.

  • Spend, domains and inboxes, replies to prospects and booking links always ask, whatever you set.

Change any of the six settings in Settings > Agent > What Needs Your Approval. Saying "pause" in chat stops queued email at once.

What can't Revnu do here?

  • Meta optimizes on your own pixel. Revnu doesn't send events to your Meta pixel, so a campaign optimizes for sales or sign-ups only when your pixel already receives them.

  • No auto-posting to social. Revnu drafts posts for LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky, Reddit and Hacker News and sends you a share link; you tap it and post from your own account. Revnu doesn't publish them for you.

  • No consumer leads. Outreach goes to people at businesses.

  • No CRM, Google Analytics or file reports. Results live in Revnu's dashboard and messages.

  • A daily limit on Pro. Revnu's own scheduled work is capped each day. Your messages are always answered.

What will you see?

  • Review holds everything waiting for you, as cards you approve, edit or answer.

  • Home shows this week's numbers and what needs you.

  • Slack or iMessage gets a short update on days something changed, and a roll-up every Monday.

Questions

Which channel will Revnu start with?

Revnu reads your site and the answers you confirmed at setup, works out what you need first, and says which channel it's starting with and why. Then it does the first piece of work. If you'd rather start elsewhere, say so and it switches.

How much of my time does Revnu need?

Setup takes minutes: your website, a few yes-or-fix answers about your business, and Slack or iMessage. After that you answer review cards when something needs your yes, such as the first sequence or an ad budget, and read a short update on days something changed.

Is there a limit on how much Revnu does each day?

On Pro, the work Revnu schedules for itself has a daily limit. Messages you send are always answered, even past the limit. Managed has no daily limit.

Can I talk to Revnu from my phone?

Yes. Text it on iMessage from an iPhone, or add it to Slack with /invite @Revnu. The dashboard chat works too.
